Depaul, a charity whose mission is to end youth homelessness, wanted to create 2 short films to highlight the choices and circumstances that can lead to a young person ending up homeless.
We wanted to spotlight real and engaging stories that highlight the small decisions and sliding door moments that result in young people ending up on the streets.
We created our first interactive short film ‘Choices’ which allows the audience to choose which path the protagonist, Ryan, takes. We also created ‘Moving On’ which follows 4 different stories of young people who were experiencing difficulties in their lives leading to homelessness.
We collaborated with the BRIT School for these films and had talented students act in them. This was a truly inspiring project for all the team at Objekt. We were able to bring real stories to life in an engaging way to be shown in schools across the UK and raise awareness of Depaul and everything they do.
